I'm a huge proponent of defining quantifiable outcomes and metrics/KPIs to track progress and to move an organization forward. One of the metrics I am very keen on is eNPS. Â Are you measuring employee satisfaction like customer satisfaction and the willingness of your employees to refer potential employees (friends, neighbors, former business associates, and others in their network)?
